Ingredients: 200 g spaghetti 2 chicken breasts (cut into cubes) 1 onion (diced) 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped) 30 g dried mushrooms 200 ml heavy cream (or light cream 18%) Salt and black pepper Oil or butter for frying Fresh parsley or Parmesan or Mozzarella (optional)
Step-by-step: 1 Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for 2030 minutes. 2 Cook spaghetti until al dente. 3 Sauté onion in oil or butter. 4 Add chicken and cook until lightly golden. 5 Add garlic and soaked mushrooms. 6 Pour in cream and about 50 ml of mushroom water. 7 Simmer for 57 minutes until slightly thickened. 8 Mix with cooked pasta and serve.
