We updated the title to: Top 10 Purposely Annoying Beloved Cartoon Characters. Why? As mentioned in our previous comments, these are iconic, beloved characters aimed at a young audience that are created to be somewhat annoying (if you dont see that as a child, you will when you get older, its ok if you disagree). In any case, we have updated the title to reflect that watching & enjoying these doesnt make anyone annoying, theyre intended to annoy (a skunk, people!) Were always aiming for short titles, sometimes an extra word doesnt hurt.
