The Bleeding Voice is an unofficial bootleg compilation honoring the raw, haunting, and deeply atmospheric works of Emit, also known under the alias Unknown Ikon a key figure in the experimental underground of black metal and black ambient music.
Emit is most widely recognized for his solo project Emit, but his creative legacy also spans several other highly obscure and cult projects, including The Dark Bleeding, Ante Cryst, Hammemit, and AnXpm (which emerged as a continuation or evolution of Ante Cryst). Each of these projects carries a distinct identity, yet all share the same esoteric and oppressive spirit, driven by Emits unique artistic vision.
This compilation brings together a selection of tracks drawn from across his various projects, with a focus on those where Emit performs all vocal duties. His vocal presence often tortured, ghostly, and otherworldly is the unifying force throughout the release. In most of the featured tracks, Emit also plays guitar, contributing to the distant, decaying soundscapes that define his sonic world. The recordings range from minimalist ambient to primitive black metal, and all radiate a sense of isolation and spectral decay.

All rights to the music included here belong fully to Emit and to the projects in which he has been involved. This bootleg was assembled purely out of respect and admiration for his work, with no intention of profiting or infringing on the original artistic ownership.
The cover artwork was created by me, with the intention of visually reflecting the same bleak and unsettling atmosphere that characterizes Emits sound. The design pays homage to the decaying and mysterious aesthetic long associated with his projects.

The Bleeding Voice is not an official release, but rather a fan-made archival effort, created to highlight the strange and captivating voice that Echoes through all of Emits work.
