How Vermeer Lied to Us I ITS HISTORY

We are sure, you have heard about Johannes Vermeer. This Dutch artist has created iconic paintings - for example "The Milkmaid" or "Girl with a Pearl Earring". If you want, to learn more about his life and astonishing art, watch our new video.

We had the great pleasure of teaming up with Google Arts and Culture to deliver this analysis of Johannes Vermeer paintings and their historical background as part of the Meet Vermeer project.

We attempted to recreate the paintings, their light, color and atmosphere together with a team of historical reenactors from Poland.
