REMEMBER Chuck ‘The Shermanator’ Sherman from the American Pie films?
The self-confessed “sophisticated sex robot” liked to think he was a
bit of a hit with the ladies, though his tactics left a lot to be desired.
His lack of success was probably also down to his weird obsession with the
Terminator films – hence ‘The Shermanator’ – and his teenage skin and
greasy, spiked hair.
But in the 17 (yes, 17) years since the original American Pie, actor Chris
Owen has seriously grown up – and got very handsome in the process.
The 35-year-old American actor now boasts a winning Hollywood smile, a
well-groomed beard and a much more flattering hairdo.
Though it seems his acting career took a turn for the worse more recently, as
in 2013 it was reported he was moonlighting as a waiter at a sushi
restaurant in Los Angeles and had been doing so for more than a year.

After American Pie he appeared in American Pie 2, where Sherman lost his
virginity to Nadia, and in American Pie Presents: Band Camp as a guidance
counsellor at East Great Falls High School.
He also featured in American Reunion in 2012 where it was revealed Sherman had
got married and had a son, Furlong, before getting divorced.
Owen also appeared in several of the National Lampoon flicks including Van
Wilder, Gold Diggers, Dorm Daze and Dorm Daze 2 as well as episodic stints
in several TV series.
His occupation on Wikipedia is listed as actor and photographer.
He did get wed but split from wife Michelle Beck, also an actress, in 2012
after five years of marriage.
When it comes to social media, Owen has a meagre 94 followers on Twitter and
just 265 on Instagram.
