We offer ONE TIME return and exchange (custom orders return will charge a restore fee [ps: human hair lace front wigs are custom wigs])for our customers who keep their items in their original conditions, but we have limit return time, you need to contact with us within 30 days when you receive our package
Normally, EVERYDAYWIGS ships your package by DHL or Fedex. please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. we will ship your item out in about 2-4 working Days (synthetic wigs) and 5-15 working days (human wigs) after payment is received.

This is mush more sturdy than the head I was working with before. I am not a professional and have limited experience with these types of heads, but I do enjoy this item.
I straightened my wig but it does come as shown. I washed it, blow dried it then I straightened it and it came out beautifully. There was no shedding at all while washing it or brushing it.
These are super convenient and easy to assemble! They stay up and hold my wigs in place while I style them.
