| Zarząd spółki CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie przy ul. Jagiellońskiej 74, w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 6/2021 z dnia 25 stycznia 2021 roku, informuje o podjęciu decyzji o zmianie terminu publikacji sprawozdań okresowych spółki za rok 2020 oraz za pierwszy kwartał 2021 roku. Jednostkowy raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2020 rok, których publikację pierwotnie planowano na dzień 30 marca 2021 roku, przekazane zostaną do publicznej wiadomości w dniu 19 kwietnia 2021 roku. Jednocześnie publikacja skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za I kwartał 2021 roku, którego przekazanie planowane było na dzień 25 maja 2021 roku, opublikowany zostanie w dniu 27 maja 2021 roku. Zmiana daty publikacji sprawozdań jest skutkiem ataku hakerskiego, którego celem była Spółka i wiążącym się z tym czasowym ograniczeniem dostępu do jej zasobów wewnętrznych. Ograniczenie dostępu wynikało między innymi z konieczności odtworzenia wspomnianych zasobów informatycznych Spółki, przeprowadzenia analizy przyczyn i skutków ataku oraz wprowadzenia zmian w funkcjonowaniu infrastruktury Spółki. |

| Subject: Change in publication date of the Company’s periodic reports Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act – current and periodic information In relation to Current Report no. 6/2021 of 25 January 2021 the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw, Jagiellońska 74, hereby announces that it has decided to change the date of publication of the Company’s periodic reports for the 2020 financial year and for the first quarter of 2021. The separate annual report and the consolidated annual report, originally scheduled for publication on 30 March 2021, will be instead be published on 19 April 2021. As concerns the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2021, originally scheduled for publication on 25 May 2021, it will instead be published on 27 May 2021. The reported change in publication dates is a consequence on the hacking attack targeting the Company and the resulting transient difficulties in accessing its internal resources. These difficulties involved, among others, the need to restore the aforementioned IT resources, conduct an analysis of the causes and consequences of the attack, and introduce suitable changes in the operation of the Company’s IT infrastructure.
