Reckon it’s coming home on Sunday? One particularly optimistic England fan has already got her celebratory tattoo.

In fact, Courtney Harrison got her Euros victory ink done the day before the Three Lions beat Denmark to secure their place in the final.

The 22-year-old doesn’t really like football but thought the ‘spur of the moment’ tattoo might ‘give the lads a bit of luck’.

She got the iconic slogan, along with an England flag and ‘2021’, emblazoned on her ankle after getting caught up in Euros fever following England’s 4-0 thrashing over Ukraine.

Courtney took an unplanned detour to a tattoo parlour on her way home from work to get the £40 tattoo – and now she’s rooting for Gareth Southgate’s men more than most.

She said: ‘I don’t even like football, I’d never watch the Premier League or anything, but when it’s the Euros or the World Cup everyone gets into it don’t they?

‘I thought if I get this tattoo I might give the lads a bit of luck – and it seems to have worked so far.

‘Watching the game last night was so tense, knowing that I have “it’s coming home” branded onto my skin made me want them to win so much more.

‘I couldn’t take my eyes off it, you would have thought I was an actual fan.’

The carer from Workington in Cumbria told the tattoo artist she had lost a bet rather than admit she was just overly hyped about England’s chances.

She said: ‘I don’t even know why I did it, it’s not like I can say I was drunk or anything as an excuse, I think I’m just a bit stupid. I’ll do anything for a laugh really.

‘My friends think I’m mad as well, although a few of them are thinking of doing the same thing before the final.’

‘It’s coming home’, which is taken from Baddiel and Skinner’s 1996 hit Three Lions, becomes a summer anthem whenever England are in a national tournament – but this year it’s being sung with a bit more meaning.

They are just one win away from lifting their first major trophy since winning the World Cup in 1966 and their first ever European Championship final.

England set up a giant clash with Italy at Wembley on Sunday night by edging past Denmark 2-1 in extra time yesterday.

Courtney says she’ll have her tattoo amended to read ‘it’s not coming home’ if England lose, admitting: ‘I’m going to look a bit silly if we don’t do it now but at least I’ll have a funny story to tell.’
