MEMBERSHIP TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Start your VSCO membership with a free 7-day trial. Once the trial is over, you’ll be charged an annual subscription fee. Your VSCO membership will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can go to your Settings > iTunes Account & App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage your membership and turn auto-renew off. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.

Really useful
Hi Guys, I’ve been using your app for many years and I find it great! I know it’s not a typical face app, and I’m not searching for it, but it would be nice if “heal” option wasn’t beta yet, it’s been a long time since it’s available in your competitors’ apps. Would you be able to add more controls over darks/highlights/mids as rgb curves? (check Darkroom app). Also, can we connect VSCO library to the phone’s default library and replacing originals with an easy edit? (Darkroom again). I really love new grain available in fox, is there a chance to mix different effects together? I guess that’s all what I find for now. Last but not least, is that regarding those possible small upgrades, your app is still my main and only app to add some flavor to my photos :) You’re doing great job!
My fav photo app
For film enthusiasts and those who like to have control over editing it’s definitely worth a try. Full version offers many presets and editing tools found in PS. I was lucky to buy pro version when it was a one-time-purchase so the only thing I’d complain about is that you have to pay monthly for full access if I’d buy it now.
Almost unusable after recent updates
The recent updates (up to a month or two back), have introduced so much lag and bugs into the app’s interface that it’s hard to use. The quality of the app is becoming worse. Not sure if anyone is testing it at all.
Examples:
- If you are offline, you’ll likely not see your images in the library, the app seems to show the grid only after it does some network stuff first.
- Selecting an images takes a full second now.
- Forget editing RAW images on your Pro phone. Lag makes it unusable.
- Want to export old pictures? Nightmare. If you select an image from the grid, export it, you’ll now be sent somewhere in the grid and will need to find where you were again.
- Oh and the thumbs will need to load again. They load slowly.
- Exporting movies? Likely they will not export. Maybe after two, three trials they will.
It’s ridiculous. I pay the full subscription, have been using it for, not sure, a decade now? And it’s never been so buggy, so unreliable.
I had also chance of speaking to Customer Support about being unable to log in to my web account with my credentials.
After three weeks, reminding myself, getting templates answers I got an answer they can’t help me log in.
Gosh.
