Mich. governor signs Skelton extradition papers

Fri, 10 Dec 2010 20:39:14 GMT — Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm has signed the extradition papers to have the father of three missing boys turned over to police in Lenawee County.

John Skelton is being held in the Lucas County Jail on charges he kidnapped his three sons: Andrew, Alexander and Tanner.

Skelton is fighting his return to Morenci. He has a hearing in Toledo on Tuesday.

The Skelton brothers were last seen on Thanksgiving. Their father has told his parents that the boys are still alive.
