The father of three missing brothers from Morenci, Michigan will be back before a Toledo judge Tuesday.

John Skelton is fighting extradition back to Lenawee County where he has been charged with parental kidnapping. His sons, Alexander, Andrew and Tanner Skelton have been missing since Thanksgiving.

An extensive search through Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio has turned up nothing. But the father maintains his boys are still alive, even telling his own parents during a jail house visit last week they were out of harm's way.

Tuesday's hearing follows Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm's request to Ohio Governor Ted Strickland to return Skelton to Michigan.

NBC 24 will be in court for Tuesday's hearing and bring you the late breaking details beginning on NBC 24 News at 6.]
